Costs
You can choose how we are paid. We can either accept commission from the lender or, you can choose to pay on a fee basis.
Should you choose to pay a fee we will usually charge 0.5% of the loan amount. We can also arrange a combination of these options.

Costs of Equity Release Schemes
Take into consideration that when entering into any type of equity release scheme there will be set up costs and ongoing costs which can include:
- Arrangement Fees payable to the lender
- Legal Fees
- Valuation Fees
- Maintenance costs - you are still responsible for maintenance of the property
- Insurance costs - maintaining adequate buildings insurance
